How do I redeem a voucher?
Vouchers for a fixed amount or percentage discount
- Enter your voucher code in the basket under "Add voucher". The discount is then deducted automatically.
Vouchers for a free item
To make sure the free item is applied correctly, please follow these steps in order:
- Choose your free item: Add the item you'd like to receive free of charge to your basket.
- Reach the minimum order value: Add further eligible items to your basket until you reach the minimum order value required for the voucher.
- Enter the voucher code: Enter the voucher code in the basket under "Add voucher". The price of the free item is then reduced to 0 € .
Important: The free item must already be in your basket before you enter the voucher code.
