Sbriciola , designed by Anna and Gian Franco Gasparini, is a bamboo bread cutting board with a thermoplastic resin crumb tray. It stands out for its unbeatable practicality. The “ Sbriciola ” from Alessi is a practical bread-cutting board for the kitchen, featuring wide longitudinal slots and an underlying compartment that serves two purposes. This compartment is divided into two sections: the first is designed to hold the bread knife, while the second—which is the same size as the cutting area—collects the crumbs. In this way, “ Sbriciola ” simultaneously collects crumbs, stores the knife, and becomes a cutting board that is unmatched in terms of practicality.

- Faulty or defective items: return shipping is free of charge.
