Armchair with Sled Base
Muuto ’s Fiber Armchair Sled Base is an innovative shell chair with a sled-shaped metal base. The seat shell is made of 25% wood fiber and 75% recyclable polypropylene, which is 100% recyclable. The Fiber Chair was designed by the Copenhagen-based design duo Iskos-Berlin. The design emphasizes maximum comfort and attention to detail. The result is a chair that blends perfectly into any home setting and can be used at the dining table or desk. But the Fiber Armchair Sled Base is also ideal for use in hotels, offices, or conference rooms.Classic Style and Innovative Material
& quot; One of the most difficult and distinguished disciplines is design without eccentricity. Creating simple, functional, almost ordinary objects that nevertheless offer a strong sense of identity &, ”says the Iskos-Berlin design team. & “We designed the Fiber Chair to achieve exactly that using a clear sculptural language that makes no compromises on comfort. The chair has been stripped of all unnecessary elements. It’s perfect for getting cozy in. & ” In addition to the sled base, the Fiber Chair series also includes wooden bases and star-shaped bases. The Fiber Chair is also available without armrests or as a lounge version.
