Description
Aluminum and Tritan stand mixer with vacuum pump.
The High Performance Stand Mixer BLC02 from Smeg offers a variety of practical functions. Smoothies, sauces, soups and crushed ice can be prepared very simply. The BLF02 can even make flour. A total of 9 manually adjustable speed levels and 5 automatic programs ensure optimal results. The vacuum pump allows oxygen to be drawn out of the pitcher, minimizing food oxidation. This creates a smooth texture, a great look and the variety of nutrients and flavor aromas can be retained. The stand mixer has a capacity of 1.5 l. Especially convenient is the single or family mode, so the amount can be adjusted. The BLC02 stand mixer comes with a tamper, spatula and cleaning brush.
