& Tradition Petra VB3 with ATD1 Pouf: Lounge Armchair with Matching Pouf
The Petra VB3 armchair from & Tradition combines comfort with an elegant silhouette. It was designed by Danish architect Viggo Boesen. Paired with the matching ATD1 pouf, it creates a seating combination where you can put your feet up and truly relax.
A Design with History
Viggo Boesen designed the armchair in 1938, at a time when the Danish Funkis style was shaping design. The Petra is one of the architect’s few designs and continues to impress today with its organic forms and expressive lines. The high, wing-like backrest envelops the body and conveys a sense of security.
Comfort that invites you to linger
The armchair offers various seating positions, from sitting upright to read to leaning back and relaxing. The ATD1 ottoman provides a comfortable place to rest your legs. The ottoman was redesigned in 2020 & Tradition in 2020 to perfectly match the armchair in size and shape, so that both pieces harmonize as a single unit.
Craftsmanship for the living room, lounge, and bedroom
The combination of armchair and ottoman embodies meticulous craftsmanship that & Tradition honors the classics of tomorrow. After ordering and configuration, the set is handcrafted, giving each piece a personal touch. Whether in the living room, lounge, or bedroom, the Petra will find a favorite spot anywhere.
