Versatile Bench with a Picnic Table Look
The Tablebench , developed by designer Jair Straschnow for Weltevree , is a contemporary reinterpretation of the picnic table that is easy to place and extremely versatile. By splitting the traditional design of a picnic table down the middle, Straschnow has created a multifunctional table that not only takes up half the space but also doubles the possible uses. This feature makes the Tablebench particularly suitable for smaller spaces such as balconies or urban gardens. The curved tabletop also serves as a comfortable backrest when you turn away from the table. Work, eat, and relax—all in one place. The Tablebench is made of sustainable bamboo, a material that not only regrows quickly but is also extremely durable. Thanks to the powder coating and cataphoresis treatment of the steel frame, the Tablebench is weather-resistant. Each Tablebench seats three people.
